All product must be requested for a refund within 10 days and upon written approval by Woodbridge be returned within 90 days.
Customer will receive an account credit after returned item received and approved by Woodbridge and be charged a restocking fee of 25% and a re-cartoning fee if applicable.
Woodbridge is responsible for shipping on all damaged freight and customer is responsible for shipping on order errors or returns. If discrepancy then both parties will agree upon an acceptable solution.
