What are the Woodbridge stock finishes?

Woodbridge stocks its furniture in the finish shown on the website, catalog and other digital or printed materials. Stocked finishes can vary from piece to piece depending on wood species and veneer selection. They can be found on our finishes section of the website.

How does the custom paint program work?

Woodbridge can custom paint most any wood piece in the line. Please refer to your price list for the upcharge, which varies from piece to piece. Woodbridge prefers either a paint chip to match provided by the customer or specific manufacturers’ paint color.

Typical lead time is 4-6 weeks depending on backlog.

Can Woodbridge do Catalyzed Lacquer?

Yes, Woodbridge can finish our pieces with catalyzed lacquer for a 25% upcharge.

Typical lead time is 2-4 weeks depending on backlog.

How do I handle shipments?

Customers are responsible for attaining shipping quotes, and paying for shipping charges. We recommend furniture specific carriers.

Shipments will only be sent to customers’ designated locations. Please make sure to provide whether receiver has a loading dock or lift gate or is a residential/retail storefront location.

Where do I send my fabric for a COM project?

COM fabric is to be sent to the following address: 115 Don Truell Lane, Thomasville, NC 27360. Please complete the COM form attachment in the “Forms” section of our website.

Typical lead times for COM projects are 8-10 weeks AFTER receipt of fabric, depending on backlog.

What is the return process?

The consignee must handle freight damage claims with the delivering carrier. All claims resulting from defects, shortages, or errors must be made in writing, including pictures where appropriate, within 10 days of receipt. For damaged product, local repair would be the first avenue of choice. A repair quote should be obtained and sent to Woodbridge. No claims for the repair or servicing of merchandise will be honored unless Woodbridge has specifically authorized prior approval in writing.

Woodbridge is not responsible for damages or defects discovered during installation as all items are to be inspected upon arrival. We cannot assume responsibility for any secondary delivery to and from your customer, as there are many touch points once item(s) are shipped from Woodbridge.
